TO OUR LIVE YOUR DREAM AND DREAM IT BE IT AWARDEES: DON'T STOP NOW!
We now have a fund to provide financial assistance to Live Your Dream and Dream It Be It award recipients to help you cover unexpected expenses that could derail or completely halt your progress toward your educational goals. If you need a little extra help to be able to continue and complete your program, please let us know. Maybe your financial aid was a bit less than you planned; your car broke down and you can't cover the cost of the needed repair; or your work schedule changed and now you need additional child care.
All LYDA and DIBI awardees are eligible if they have not yet completed the program for which they received original funding (i.e. they are not pursuing a more advanced certification than the one for which they were originally funded).
- Emergency funding shall not exceed $500.
- Award recipients may receive emergency funding only once.
- Applications will be judged and funded at the discretion of the Soroptimist International of Las Cruces Scholarship Committee until budgeted funds for the year have been disbursed.
