Advertisers today would flee from these sexist ads from the 1970's. They got away with it then because precious few women controlled their own money, so advertising targeted men. Even in products specifically designed for women the innuendo remained.
Greatly reduced overt sexism has been replace by a global underground slavery marketplace. There are more slaves today than at any other time in history. 71% of the enslaved are female.
Compared to the current pornographic industrial complex, these demeaning ads could be considered as quaint in comparison.
